Branded website
At the turn of the year 2021-2022, the Regatta Spa Hotel in Hanko needed a website that was easier to update and at the same time needed a visual overhaul. The website and social media content were to better communicate the unique facilities, services and location of the hotel, spa and restaurant.
The collaboration was launched with a branding workshop, updating the previous brand guidelines to reflect the current state of the art for both the hotel-spa and the restaurant Brasserie Regatank. Based on this, we used a straightforward process to design the new websites regattaspahotel.fi and brasserieregatta.fi using WordPress and Elementor. The site was also designed to be easy to update, responsive and easy to navigate in order to increase the site’s browsing depth and session duration.
The brand images were also refined into recurring elements in the social media and physical materials to create a coherent customer experience.
The cooperation was smooth and responsive to the needs of the customer. The navigation and functionality of the website have taken a big step in the right direction.

Data to support customer experience and sales
In parallel with the design of the website, work was carried out on the utilisation of existing systems, integrations and processes. The aim was to better understand customer data and to use this information for additional and cross-selling and targeting marketing messages, among other things.
In connection with the process mapping, Regatta Spa Hotel gained a comprehensive understanding of the systems in use, the flow of information between them and future developments. The new digital processes were rolled out with training in late 2022 for use in customer communications via the newsletter system.
